Edison - Transitioned this life 1/29/18 in Edison, NJ. Born in Elizabeth, NJ she has been a resident of Plainfield over 60 yrs. She was employed as a receptionist for the Plainfield Senior Center over 25 yrs., and was a former employee at Markay Bags and Standard Plastics in South Plainfield. Predeceased by her husband Sherman Wesley, 10 siblings surviving are daughters Marlene Myers, Valerie Thomas(Stokes), grandchildren Khadijah Myers, Stephen Madison gr, grandson Kaleb Chandler, sister in Law Pearl McNeal and a host of loving relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Monday 11AM at the Ruth Fellowship Ministries in Plainfield, Visitation will be held Monday 10-11 Am at the church. arrangements by Judkins. www.judkinscolo nialhome.com

Marion was a warm and wise woman. She greeted long time members and made new folks feel welcomed. I always enjoyed conversations with her. She is part of my many good memories of my years as the Center's director.
My condolences to her family. She was also an important of the Center's family.
