We are friends of Loretta's. My husband Charles and I would like to express our deepest sympathies to the Petracca family. He was a wonderful man. Love , Alicelynne+Charlie . PS. I, Alicelynne have known the Petracca's since I was 12 yrs old, and I could say that Phillip was a loving father, and a wonderful person. I consider myself a sister too Loretta. Xoxo for all time.

This was a man who looked you in the eye and said what was in his heart. A man of incredible intelligence, insight, and wisdom. I had the pleasure to be in his company. Our deepest sympathies too Loretta, Joseph, his wife, and Phillip's grandchildren. Love you all for ever, Aliclynne + Charles Fullman.
