What a great guy and a super neighbor. We will miss you Mike! Our sincere condolences to the Milligan family one and all.

Mike hired me to take his place in St. Louis (package soap), and he was my most trusted mentor for the next twenty five years. Mike had a way of asking the right questions, so I could find the right answers. He had high expectations, and that's what we loved about him. We stayed in touch after we both retired as we met he and Lucy in Naples once a year. You will be missed, my friend.

Rich and I were very lucky to spend time with Mike and Lucy just before he passed away and we feel so grateful to have laughed and told old stories and have such good memories...thank you Mike and Lucy... a great conclusion to the 40 years we have known each other. Marje Kiley

Mike was one of the finest men I have known. I first met him in St. Louis when he was a young District Manager for P&G's Package Soap Division. Mike was admired for his character and integrity. R.I.P my friend.
