Elizabeth (Bette) Marasco, 77, passed away peacefully January 25th in her adopted city of Naples, FL. Bette was born in Rotterdam, Holland and resided in the Reading, PA area for over 57 years. She is predeceased by her parents Nol and Jannetje Hewitt and her sister Nellie Erb. Bette was blissfully married to her adoring husband Raymond (Ray) Marasco for over 56 years. As a loving and proud mother, she is survived by her two daughters; Nanette (Nan) Wright, (son-in-law Douglas Wright), Naples, FL and Raylene Marasco, New York, NY. Bette enjoyed owning a successful bridal salon, was an avid patron of the arts and volunteered for many organizations over her lifetime. Many will remember her for her keen sense of style, her outstanding cooking and creative parties. Happy memories of her will always remain in our hearts. A celebration of her life is planned for a later date. In honor of her memory please contribute to The Naples Players or St. Matthew's in her name.
