Margaret was an exceptional friend and colleague during our shared years of teaching in NZ. Energetic, positive, and full of adventure, Margaret was remarkable for her personal "sparkle", for her zest for life and for her unique and well developed empathetic sense of the challenges in life, both the joys and burdens. I was so fortunate to have shared many years of her friendship (as well as Robert's, Anna & Graham's) as well as some shared experiences with her extended family. Margaret will remain near and dear to my heart with heartfelt memories shared with an exceptional person. Much Love

Margaret was such an amazing, thoughtful, energetic and positive part of my life. She had a unique and well developed sense of empathy with the challenges of life- joys and burdens. I was so fortunate to have shared many years of her enduring friendship(with Robert, and Anna, and Graham as well), together with magical moments with her extended family. Margaret could always find and express that "right" balance of compassionate outreach, woven with heartfelt emotions of love and hope. You will be sadly missed. All my love, Lisa

I was so very sad to hear this news. I had such a lot of admiration and respect for Marg. She was a great friend and colleague, who provided a lot of guidance for a less experienced teacher. I'm so glad she got to spend a few years back in her beloved NZ. Thinking of her family and loved ones at this time. xxx

Margaret was my special friend. Our times together were a sharing of our thoughts and feelings. We could talk so openly with one another and share a few laughs and even shed a tear. Margaret will always hold a place in my heart. May she rest in peace. Goodbye dear friend.

Eddie and I were shocked to hear of Margie's sudden death. She was such a lively, warm, vibrant and loving person. Our very best wishes to all of you.

I was so sad to hear of Margaret's death. Margaret was an amazing Mathematics teacher of my daughter, who with her help, achieved a perfect VCE score. She was a wonderful colleague and friend at Korowa Anglican Girls' School over many years, where she earned the respect and admiration of staff and students alike. My sympathy is especially directed to Robert as well as to her two children and their
families. Such a premature passing and a great loss.
