I knew Dave in the late 70's-early 80's. He was a kind, compassionate man. He probably knew a gazillion people, but still remembered me during a chance meeting at the Granville IGA just a year or so ago. My sincere condolences to his family and many friends. The community is better for having Dave walk among us. RIP Dave.

I worked with Dave for a year at LEADS in Newark in the 1980 . He was one the finest, funniest, kindest & literate fellows I've ever met.
A joy to be around.
