Lorna Leigh Stanley

Smithville, WV - Lorna Leigh Stanley, 58, of Smithville, WV, died February 24, 2018 at Pine View Continuous Care, Harrisville, WV.

She was born May 2, 1959 at Logan, OH, the daughter of Stanley K. Houston and the late Ocean A. Tucker Houston. Lorna had worked as a secretary at the Licking County Recorder's Office. She loved spending time with her grandkids, family and friends.

Lorna is survived by her husband, Matthew B. Stanley; son, Cody Stradley (Cassie) of Newark, OH; brother, Gary Houston (Karla) of Grenada, MS; sister, Karen Pitcock of Roseville, OH; son-in-law, Jonathan Giffen and fiancé Janet McIntyre; grandchildren, Shelbi Giffen, Lincoln Stradley, and Miles Stradley; step-grandchildren, Halle Jo Robinson, Alexa Brown, Brandlon Lynch, Addison Williamson and Breauna Brunton; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded by a daughter, Misty Stradley Giffen and sister, Connie Parsons.

Memorial services will be held at White Chapel United Methodist Church, 7190 White Chapel Road, in Heath OH, on Saturday, April 7 at 2 PM.
