Mike it was a joy to watch you grow from a child to a man. And in that time my husband and 5 children had the pleasure of getting to know you. We have great memories of you stopping by since you worked close to our house - always great conversations and laughter. And you understood the importance of family - attending the family reunions, playing with the kids. Seeing you out at the farm - you had a passion for the land and legacy of our family. You were so helpful - working on Claire's car. So many things. We will all miss you so much.

I was saddened to hear of Mike's passing. I got to know him a little when he worked under contract at my company. We started talking one day at work and realized that our families knew each other through our church affiliations. Our parents were (and are) friends. Prayers go out to all the family members.
