My Aunty Nita was a special person that you rarely find today. The many kindnesses she showed me from when I was a little girl and through my life I will always hold her in my heart. She never forgot my birthday or Christmas and always sent the most beautiful cards. She made the light cover and lamp shade for my daughter's bedroom when I couldn't find anything to match.
We had many phone conversations over the years and you always felt loved.
It is with great sadness that I could not be there today.

Nita, you were a kind and gentle lady who will be sadly missed from our patchwork group. My fondest memories of you will remain our yearly retreats at Talbingo. You were an exquisite embroiderer and had a warm and humorous temperament. You will always remain a beautiful memory in my heart . Rest In Peace.
