Cecil was an amazing man! Always looking on the bright side of things even when life had other plans. For years I looked forward to the Saturday mornings when he would come down the stairs to get a haircut. Talking about how much he loves his family and talking about there latest achievements. You will be missed by all the barbers and may god grant you peace and salvation. I will miss you and the light that you have shed amongst us all!

Cecil was the "other dad" to our Elizabeth. Our family sends deep condolences to all of you, and such fond memories of a gentle, smart family man.

I was saddened to learn of Cecils passing. I first met him while serving on a board together in Concord. He was a wonderful, caring, smart soul. I enjoy the few years we served together. RIP Cecil. My condolences to Carol and his family.
