My husband, Alan and I attended the same church service as Bill at King's Way UMC. I missed seeing him after his fall. I had only known him a few years but I sent him notes occasionally to cheer him. I pray that your family will know the peace that only Jesus can give.

Bill was a long-time good friend from Mountain Grove where we graduated from high school in 1949. I knew his family including his mother and sister in Mountain Grove and later Rosalyn., I worked with him part-time at Ellis grocery store in Mountain Grove and was also a long-time member of Trinity Methodist Church. He and his wife Rosalyn visited my mother, Eunice B. Poe, at her home in Mountain Grove to which she was confined. I am glad to have visited with Bill and our mutual Mountain Grove friend, Tom Holt, when I was in Springfield in October 2013; having been retired from university faculty appointments at Drury and Arizona State University. Sympathy to his remaining family.

I was a student of Mr. Cunningham's every year in high school at Mountain Grove. I was just horrible in art and only took the class because I liked Mr. Cunningham so much.

He had a wonderful family as I graduated from high school with Eric.

Mr. & Mrs. lived a great life with great qualities of being know in the area as 2 of the best artists around.

Eric & Terry, I am sorry for your loss. God will get you thru the tough times.

We have fond memories of Bill primarily through our Sunday School Class and visits to his home, etc.
He was a faithful, Christian who was very talented and modest about his art work.

As we continue to enjoy Rosalyn's floral painting in our bedroom, we will always remember Bill and Rosalyn. Our love and prayers are with you.
