It was my privilege to minister to Mr. Rubenstein while a patient at Mercy Hospital. He was a super nice gentleman and I sent my blessings and condolences to his family.

Shalom!

I worked across the street from Rubensteins in Greenfield from 1959 - 62 and Mr Rubenstein was always a model for any young man growing up with thoughts of a business career, absolutely the best example. My thoughts go to the family and may your grief be replaced with memories of a very special man.

I live in Minnesota and have since 1953 so, one might ask, do I remember George Rubenstein. Answer, you betcha. I have fond memories of George relating, for the most part, to his position at the store on south Campbell street. Once a year at a special meeting of an organization to which I belong, I wear "black tie". The inside pocket of the jacket has a Rubenstein label. I wrote to George several years ago to tell him that a tux that I bought in the '50s is still going strong. He said that he always knew they had good merchandise--he just didn't know it was that good. And that is how I feel about George--I've always known he was good--but, in retrospect, he was great !!! I send sincere condolences to his family.
