I am so very sad to hear of Jean's passing.
She was a funny, kind and beautiful lady.
I was her flower girll when she and Jim got married. I still remember that day at a very young age and also remember my beautiful yellow dress, flowers in my hair and the white basket I carried.

I would call Jean and when she answered the phone I would sat "hi Jean, it's your flower girl".
She would then say, oh, my goodness it's Nancy!
Jean was my second cousin and we always looked forward to her and her family's visits to her parent's home in Waubay, SD, where I was born and raised.
I will miss our phone conversations , but am so happy she is in the arms of our Lord and now reunited with her family who were taken far too soon.

God bless you all. Sending my love and blessings !to be at peace.

I was just notified of Jean's passing. I am so very sad. She was a dear sweet lady with a wonderful sense of humor and we talked on special occasions.

I was her flower girl when she married Jim, so every time I called her, I would say "hi Jean, it's your flower girl"; made her laugh then she would say, oh' it's Nancy!

She was my second cousin and we always loved it when she and her family came to visit her parents in Waubay in the summer.

I will miss our phone visits. May you rest in the arms of the Lord and once again be with your family who were were taken from you far too soon.

I will always love you, Jean!
Rest in peace, beautiful lady
