Fred is among the best bosses I ever worked for, and there are only three out of 25. He taught me about power plants and family. I have worked for LIlco and all the subsequent companies it became for the last 40yrs and I still remember What he told me on his last day: " Leaving the company is hard but the thing I will miss the most is the People". You know he was totally right. I retired one month ago and the thing I miss the most are my fiends and co-workers.. Rest in peace my friend and Thanks for everything.
