Doris was a true friend. The day we met her at St. John's UMC, she reached for our hand and touched our hearts where she will remain forever. We shared a lot of memories and a lot of laughs at her home. She told us when she turned 80 she started falling apart. She was one strong lady, so independent. She was so appreciative of anything done for her. Her family was her love. Doris is on a new journey serving the Lord. We were blessed to have known her. Her smile, her laugh, and her warm hugs will be cherished. Doris left footprints on the hearts of many. Trust God through the tears. With much sympathy and love.
