What a hero and legend. She will sure to be missed.What an awesome woman! I'm so glad I was able to read about her. Her name should be everywhere around the world.

I met Miss Bueno every year during Wimbledon as she would practice at my local club in Beckenham, Kent. She was a lovely lady and always smiled and said hello, I was very saddened to hear of her passing and that I would not see her smiling face again. My condolences to the family, she was a remarkable lady

It's good reflecting on the lives of of such outstanding people as Maria Bueno. Her contribution to women's tennis is outstanding. My heartfelt condolences to her family and those that remember her accomplishments. Very sorry for your loss. She is resting in Gods memory.
