My sister and I grew up with Clayton and his sister, Myrna. We lost touch years ago and sorry we were not able to stay connected. Many good memories for those earlier days. Our condolences and love to Emily, Stacy and Myrna.

My thought and prayers are with you my dear Stacy and your mom. Your uncle was a very brave and strong man to have fought as long as he did- may God continue to give you both the peace and strength you need and remember always are loved ones are always with us - A big hug and a kiss sent your way for both of you!

I was extremely sorry to hear about Clay's passing. My memories of Clay are warm and always bring a smile to my face. When I think of him, I hear his chuckle and see HIS smile. The touch football games on Edgewood were one helluva lot of fun. Good times were spent, as well, at the apartment near Pegnataro's...I always wanted that funky, revolving lamp! There's more too, and it was all good. Clay was a darned nice fellow. Although I had not seen him in many years, it was certainly my pleasure to have him as a friend.

I hope that, for Clay's family, your best memories (of fun, laughter, accomplishment, love) help sustain you through the most difficult days.
