Elsie was a good friend of my late father. She and I took jaunts around Spring Hill and Tampa over the years. She was a person with so much energy that made her fun to be around.

I believe she would have been 100 today. Bless her.

I met Elsie through my Mom, Betty Germaine. They had a fun time together and celebrated events with my Mom. Sorry for your loss. Gwen Lappie

Elsie and my Mother, Betty Olsen Germaine, (deceased March 21, 2017 at the age of 94), were best senior friends. Elsie and Betty met while administrative volunteers at Hospice in Hernando county. It was at Elsie's recommendation that Mom move onto a neighboring street in a home in Timber Pines. They had a close circle of senior female friends and remained very active. Elsie joined us on many excursions from our favorite Homosassa River restaurant to the historic Tampa Theatre. When we decided to move Mom into The Residence of Timber Pines, Elsie too decided to make that her ALF home. Elsie took great interest in the facilities library and brought professional structure to their system. It was a glorious place for both Elsie and Mom to continue their friendship in their 90's. Due to health issues both had to leave and be with/near family and they lost touch. While saddened to learn of Elsie's passing I know they continue their good friendship in Heaven.
