Christine, my sincere condolences for the loss of your father. He sounds like someone who truly touched many people's lives over the years as a son, solider, husband, teacher, father, grandfather and friend. Best wishes to you and all of your family during this difficult time.

My sincere condolences to the family. He was known to his NHSTC classmates as "Johnny Coe".He and my beloved late husband Gene Leone; were close friends for many years. It all started in elementary school on the "hill"; and continued through many wonderful years. After completing their service Johnny in the US Navy, and Gene in the USMC; they re-connected in college.
A true friend, quick wit, sharp mind and ready laugh--he will be sorely missed.
Blessings to all.

Mr. Ciarleglio was my teacher in Trumbull, I think it was Middlebrook school (many years ago). He was also known to my dad, Henry Leone, when they served in the US Air Force. My dad referred to him as "Johnny Co." He was a wonderful instructor and I'm sure his family is very proud of him. May God Bless him and his family and may his soul rest in peace.
