Rodger and I always enjoyed being in Aruba with Libby and Vicki. His stories were great and they were a magical couple. Heaven has gained a great man. He will be missed.

My condolences to the friends and family of Libby. I have fond memories of a man with a great personality who loved life and lived it to the fullest. In the years I was his sister-in-law he showed me the utmost of respect. I remember Libby from the On The Rocks Café era. He would come down on his day off and get away from his own hectic bar business at the time coming in to see Mickey Gag and his sister Julia.
We had many laughs and good times at his parents home. Yes Lib mom always saved the meatballs for you!!! Now there was a man that respected his parents and of course always scooching with his sister Nancy who loved him dearly. You will be missed I am sure by all your customers, family and friends. Rest in Peace. Kathy (DAVID)Riccio.

My friend of 50 yrs, so glad Larry B and I had a chance to spend our usual quality time with Libby a couple of weeks ago. His passing is truly the end of a special era from the early days of "The Sparkling Cave" to the recent "Excuse Room Cafe". Libby was one of the original 4 lads that started the infamous 'Opening Day trips to Fenway Park', an excursion that went on for some 30 yrs straight. Libby and Vicki were so much a part of me and my family's lives. We are so grateful for that friendship! I will be away and not able to be at the funeral, something I deeply regret, but as Larry and I left him after that last get together, he reached behind the bar and gave us each our yearly gift, a bottle of Champagne for the New Year!!! God Bless
