Harz, Dorothy J.
Dorothy J. Harz, age 86, of Clinton, CT, formally of Harwich, MA, and Bayonne, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at home surrounded by her family. She was born on April 11, 1931 in Jersey City, NJ to Thomas and Dorothy Murphy.
Dot is survived by her loving daughters, Eileen (Kenneth) Kaczka of Bayonne, NJ, Mary (John) Molish of Madison, CT, and Cathleen (Bennie) Pierce of Garner, NC. Also left to cherish her memory are her eleven grandchildren: Kristin (Dave) Weis, Tricia (Chris) Wyskowski, Brian (Sherry), Matthew, and Elizabeth Kaczka, Madeline and Maura Molish, Amanda, Evan and Sarah Pierce, and Lauren (Francisco) Alvarenga. She was a special great grandma to Mackenzie, Tommy and Danny.
Dorothy was predeceased by her beloved husband John Harz, and their three sons, Thomas, Daniel, and James.
Dot requested that her final arrangements be private and the family wishes to thank all of those who cared for her at The Shoreline of Clinton and Middlesex Hospice.
