Cathy, Essie and family, Condolences on the loss of your father.

To this day, I owe your father a big thank you. When I was deciding where to go to college, he took me along with Essie on a campus tour of the University of Rhode Island. I made up my mind after that trip: I'd go to URI. With that one act of kindness, he made a big difference in my life.

I am so sorry for your loss, Cathy and family. As you know, I always enjoyed seeing him and talking to him at an Ansonia event. I'll always remember his somewhat dry sense of humor followed by the smile and twinkle in his eyes.
