My late husband, Albert Fennell and I felt supremely blessed to have had such a warm, comfortable friendship with Cicero for almost 20 years. We have never met anyone more gracious, forthright, humorous and honorable. He opened his home to us when we were having our home built in Las Vegas. The times when we had occasion to come and check on our home's progress, Cicero always insisted we stay at his pristine home. We wanted to go gamble in the evening but forgot to call him. He was waiting for us with a cooked dinner when we got to his home around 11:30p.m. After that, he reminded us daily that he would see us for dinner. The rest of the week, we made sure to be at his house every night by 5:30pm. He was our daughter's (Simone) honorary godfather and was the best soul and friend we've ever been blessed with. I just found out of his passing because a customer had purchased some art from him and wanted to know if I knew where he was. I am beyond sorrow. We've kept in touch with each other two or three times each year. We felt extremely blessed for the warmth of his friendship and companionship. He loved my husband's artwork and had an enormous, constant appetite for that arena. I know this comes a year late, but I wanted to let his family know he loved purchasing art pieces for them and took special, loving care and plenty of time to get the right pieces that he wanted for his family members. I will miss his hearty laughter and send prayers to all his loving, precious family and friends. I extend you many blessings and thank you for sharing him with us.
