Clyde Baxter
Florence - Clyde "Bud" Lee Baxter, 95, of Florence, formerly of Highland Heights, passed away on February 27, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center - Edgewood, KY. He was an inspector with General Electric for over 30 years. Clyde was a member of John R. Little V.F.W. Post #3186 in Southgate, KY and a World War II Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Lauretta Kathryn Baxter (2011), parents, Tinsley and Bertha (McGill) Baxter, brother, Howard Baxter, sisters, Wilma Scharber, Delores Smart and Louise Herchner. Clyde is survived by his son, Greg (Donna) Baxter of Fort Thomas, KY, daughters, Karen (Ronald) Croswait of Union, KY and Darlene (Steve) Dawson of Union, KY, 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren. Visitation 9 to 10AM Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Dobbling Funeral Home, (106 South Ft. Thomas Ave.) Ft. Thomas, KY. Funeral Ceremony will be held at 10AM at the funeral home. Burial will take place in the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill, Kentucky. Memorials are suggested to the Honor Flight Tri-State 8627 Calumet Way Cincinnati, Ohio 45249.
