EVANS
On Wednesday, January 25, 2017, Clyde J. Evans Sr. transitioned from this earth. He was eldest of seven siblings born in Milford, Ohio on August 9, 1936 to both the late Maria and Clyde Evans. He served honorably in the United States Navy from 1956 - 1960. On November 26, 1966, he married the late Julia Ann (nee Marshall) Evans and remained happily intertwined until her death (October 12, 2006). He leaves behind to cherish his memory, Rita (nee Williams) Payne (Henry), Judith Ann Evans, Clyde J. Evans Jr. of Hawaii, and Dr. Adam M. Evans. He is also survived by four grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Homegoing services: Friday, February 3, 2017 at Thompson, Hall & Jordan Funeral Home, 6943 Montgomery Rd. Visitation 10 -11 AM; Celebration of Life 11AM; Interment: Spring Grove Cemetery.
