I remember Mark from high school. Even though he was 2 years ahead of me, I will always remember his great smile & what a nice guy he was! My sincere sympathy to his family.

Judge Mark Wall, a kind, compassionate, always fair judge who will be missed greatly in Middletown and in our courts. Thank you for your service to Middletown and to us, its citizens. Rest on kind sir. You touched all of us whether spectators or defendants in your courtroom. It was so refreshing to watch you care for those that stood before you as though you knew them personally. Thank you for being firm when needed to let others know that sometimes being compassionate means setting boundaries for those before you and justice for all concerned. Rest in peace, you have earned your reward.

My heart is heavy with sorrow. Judge Wall you were a gentleman and a well respected and appreciated man. You will be greatly missed by the Middletown Community and of course your family and close friends most of all. My sympathy and condolences to all who love him and miss him.

Just saw and spoke with Judge Wall at the Judicial Winter Conference in Dublin, Ohio. He was a Good and Kind Man, and a Firm, but Fair Judge. Life is so very fragile and tenuous. My Deepest Sympathy and Condolences to his Beloved Wife and Family. RIP, my Brethren. Job Well Done.
