JESTER
James D., 87, passed away May 31, 2017. He is preceded in death by his wife of almost 63 years, Joanne Jester (Ruzicka). He is survived by his loving daughter Janne Farrell, niece Joyce Hausman (Dan) and great-nieces Lori Berger (Ron) and Sherri Hausman. After a distinguished 32 year career with the City of Cincinnati starting as an inspector and retiring as the Superintendent of Highway Maintenance, Jim went on to become the City Manager for the City of Indian Hill for 7 years. Donations made be made to the League of Animal Welfare, Batavia Ohio. Fares J Radel Funeral Home serving the family.

We are so sorry for your loss. We did a lot of traveling with Jim and Joanne and have some wonderful memories of times share together. We had planned to visit Jim after returning from Florida and we're so sorry that it's too late. He and Paul have kept in touch by phone.
