Condolences to the family. Mr. Novakov was one of my 8th grade teachers at Edna Karr in the late 70's. He was a great teacher. I know he will be missed.

Sweet holy and loving spirit!! That's what Mr Novakov brought to Edna Karr everyday. To say he was beloved by everyone in the Cougar family would be an understatement. If he ever had a bad day, no one knew. I was truly blessed to have worked with Mr Novakov during my 6-years as a teacher at Karr. You let your light shine...and it still shines..and for that, to God be the Glory!!!
