We are sending our sympathy and love to Margaret and family at this very sad time. Jim sounds like someone who was adored by all who knew him, and he leaves behind quite a legacy of a life well lived. Please know that we are praying for you and hope that these prayers will bring good health and peace to all. You have a special angel watching over you from above, holding your hands in the days ahead. May God bless you and your family.
Love, Cindy and Tom Seger

Sincere condolences to the Carriere family. My dad, Gerald Gallinghouse, had great admiration for Jim. He raved about Jim's legal skills and tenacity as a federal prosecutor. May God Bless and keep him.

I took federal law from Prof Carriere in my last year of law school at Loyola. It is the best class I had in three years. He was so knowledgeable. I still quote him. Dont lie to the feds. If they ask you a question they already know the answer. May he Rest In Peace and rise in glory.
