Angela North passed away peacefully after a long fought battle with cancer on January 4th at the age of fifty-six. Originally from Queens, NY, Angela moved to Upper Saddle River twenty years ago to raise her three daughters. She is remembered for her ability to turn any and all strangers into friends, and for showing love and kindness endlessly in her everyday life. Her door was always open, and her table always set for friends and family alike. Anyone who knew Angela knew that her friends were her family. Angela had a creative soul that found its peace and passion in her work as an artist and jewelry designer. Angela leaves behind her 3 daughters, Ariana (25), Karina (24), and Melina (21) who are by far her proudest works of art. In lieu of flowers, her daughters are asking that donations be made to Memorial Sloan Kettering, whose staff kept Angela on her feet for longer than anyone could have hoped for. May she rest in the sweetest peace.
