Our hearts are breaking over the loss of this wonderful friend and neighbor. What a joy it has been to know and love Frank. We believe he is happy in the arms of Jesus and with his beloved Anna. We are grateful to have spent time over the years with Frank listening to all his stories, sipping coffee together, all the hugs and suppers we shared. We have been blessed abundantly.

My deepest condolences to the Golon family. May the God who binds up the brokenhearted and comforts all who mourn help your family during this most difficult time. Isaiah 61:1,2

For 45 years Frank was one of my mentors in the labor movement. He taught me so much about how to advocate for our fellow trade unionists.
He was a fellow veteran and father of Wayne, who was KIA in Nam. Wayne was a fellow Nam veteran and I wore his bracelet for years for Frank and Ann. We were with Frank a couple of years ago when we visited with him in Fort Meyers. He inscribed his book for me.
He was a good man and lived a good life and deeply believed in the trade union movement and the Democratic party.
Rest in peace my friend.
