Dear Janet, Karen and Ed, JR. Please accept my condolences on the passing of your beloved mother, Joan. It was a shock to all of the us Jody, Lori, myself and our families to read of the passing of your mother. We loved your mother as did my mother and my father. Your mother was a sister to my mother and I remember days before she passed away my mother had a visit from your mother. They spent time laughing, reminiscing about all the wonderful times together - the weekend dinners with your parents, the weekly lunches with my mother and so much more. They had a wonderful friendship that extended to the rest of us. The relationship they had made us family. The weddings, births and later the passing of your father, my mother, my father and now your mother were shared and felt by all of us. We were all connected in a way by the friendship of these two extraordinary women, created a small family family together as well. It’s hard to imagine our lives without your parents and my parents. It’s very difficult but we will have wonderful memories of the many years we had with them. I hope the wonderful memories you all have of your mother will sustain you in the days, months and years ahead as your grieve her loss. My deepest condolences on your loss. May she Rest In Peace as she’s now in heaven with the love of her life. I’m sure she and my mother are catching up on what has happened in the past 5+ years since they last saw each other. With a heavy heart, Corinne (Fragala) O’Shea.
