PEQUANNOCK — Services were held for George Adderley, 91, of this township, who died on Monday, November 12, 2012.
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran of World War II, he was a member of the Pequannock Veterans of Foreign Wars. Also, he was a member of the Post Office Veterans and the Pompton Valley Presbyterian Church.
Arrangements were by the M. John Scanlan Funeral Home, Pompton Plains.
Mr. Adderley is survived by his wife, Beatrice; his daughter, Beatrice Hill; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
