Dearest Stan,
Been thinking about you a lot lately at Christmas time. I miss our snowshoe trips up on Seymour and Cypress. You always made them so much fun and loved how excited you were about going up the mountain. We have snow on the ground in Coquitlam right now and Steve and I will be heading out this week to do our regular post-Christmas snowshoe. There's a nice peaceful area amongst the beautiful tall trees where we'll think of you and honour the amazing, kind man you were. We miss you dear friend. xoxoxo

Stan had a kind and gentle soul. I had the pleasure of working with him on a project in Seattle. He was great and we always ended up laughing at something. It made travelling for work a lot more fun. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to Stan's family.

The news of Stans passing weighs heavy on my heart...I shared many good times and laughs with Stan during his time in Calgary. Despite not keeping in touch as much as I should have over the years, I thought of him frequently and will dearly miss his smile, laughs and easy going nature. My heart goes out to his family and friends. Xo
