I have known Joe for many years, since the Baring Parkway days. It has been gratifying to watch him grow over that time. Joe was salt of the earth, a family man, a loving husband and father, an overall good-guy, decent human being. He was skilled at many things, a hard worker, and generous to others. He marched to his own drum. Condolences to his wife and sons, and the rest of his big family and friends, human and otherwise. So very sorry for your loss.
