Our sincere sympathy to Mike's wife Karen, and to all of the family and friends who will miss him. They will be in our thoughts and prayers.

We have known Mike since the late 70's through a shared interest in The Urantia Book, and by attending their events throughout the years. Mike became the first President of Greater Lake Michigan Urantia Association when it formed in the 90's. He was a great guy, with a cheerful attitude, strong faith, and a brilliant mind. He had an understanding of science and philosophy that was truly rare. I hope that everyone who knew him appreciated his wisdom. We certainly enjoyed our conversations, and look forward to seeing him again someday on high.

My sincerest condolences to the family. Mike was fellow classmate from the Gavit High School Class of 1973. He and his wife Karen (also) a classmate never missed a class reunion. He will be sincerely missed. Prayers for the family.
