TOO SOON GONE ❤

Dear Lisa, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Carmine. We have many happy memories of enjoying dinner lectures with Carmine and other physicians from the Islip area. He was always pleasant and knowledgeable. My condolences to you and your family.

There is a hole in the world tonight- an empty chair at the table - and I will never view the stars the same way again. There are so many things I will miss about you, I cannot begin to list them. But more than anything, I will miss the "Well, hello there young lady!" which greeted me every time I walked in the door. Never have I felt so welcomed, so loved, so comfortable in a home that was not my own. We will carry a piece of your spirit in our hearts forever...
