Peggy and family, I am sorry for your loss, and I have much sadness since learning of Tommy's passing. I am very proud to have known Tommy and serve with him as a member of the Hose Co. 3.

My sincere condolences to Peggy and the entire Fennelly clan. I have vivid memories of playing various sports with Tom. He was a gifted athlete and was his happiest when he had any type of ball in his hand. From CYO Basketball to the Glass Bar softball team he was usually the best athlete on the field. We played pick up basketball games in my driveway, in the dark, rain and snow it didn't matter to him. He would stay shooting baskets at my house when everyone left to go eat, even me!! My parents would invite him to eat and most times he declined and continued to shoot baskets, not that he needed the practice, he rarely missed !! His joy was doing what he loved the most, shooting basket after basket. He was one of the few people that I can honestly say I never I a disagreement, argument or fight with. He had a great sense of humor and someone you could trust with your life with. He will be missed by all of the Baldwin boys!!
