I met Pat when she worked for the Bankruptcy Office with the Administrative Office of the US Courts, and then as the Contract Specialist on her contracts with the Rules Office. She was always a warm and supportive friend, and one of the smartest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. My heart is truly heavy in her passing, and she will truly be forever missed!
