Glen was my aunty and she taught me piano. I was not the best student in the world, but I always looked forward to my lessons because of Glen's warmth and vitality. Glen was always laughing and enjoying life to the fullest. She was an open and loving aunty and I could talk to her about anything. A love of music was at the core of her character: she was an excellent and expressive piano player and there was always music in her house, her heart, and her laugh. I will miss you, Glen, but I'll never forget you.

Glen is a person who I admired because of her confidence, her friendliness, her willingness to assist when needed.
I always felt embraced by her ambience.
A privilege to have known her
Golf wise: Glen encouraged me to take office on the Waitangi women,s committee and was always there for me in my trepidation of any golf issues.
