John LAWRENCE Obituary

LAWRENCE, John Richard (Jack). 24th Battalion. Jack passed peacefully Friday 28th September 2018 at Glenbrook Rest Home; aged 95. Loved husband of Mary for 68 years. Father and father in law of Kathy and Peter, John and Monica, Ann and Ashley, Bernie and Marie and Kevin and Sean. Loved Grandad Jack of James, Nic, Lauren, Sarah, Sam, Matthew, Anna, Chelsea, John (JM) and their partners. Loved Poppa Jack of Reagan, Millie, Cohen and Emily. Cracking jokes till the end. A celebration of Jack's life will be held at St Anthony's Church, Waiuku, Wednesday 3rd October at 2pm.

Jack was a well respected Life Time Member of the Waiuku Tennis Club and he will be sadly missed. He enjoyed our prize giving's and was always there to shake the hand and offer some words to the winners. From Past and Present Members of the Waiuku Tennis Club.
