Carol Sue was a Beautiful Lady, a Ray Of Sunshine. I have truly missed seeing her. I Loved her as she was always pleasant with a Smile. Rest In Peace Carol.

The very first time I met Carol Sue Manley was in 1980. I was showing several homes to clients in Edmond and Carol Sue met me at her listing in "Cedar Ridge". I thought she was just gorgeous!
I had always heard the
Edmond agents were "snooty" and I was cautious. After the showing ....My car stalled in the steep driveway with 3 clients in my car ready to see 5 more homes every 20 minutes that day.
Carol Sue locked up her listing and came out to help me. Her answer to the problem... was for me to take her car and finish my showings and she would stay there and call her mechanic.!!! She insisted!!!
I had just met her!! All of today's real estate agents could have learned great lessons from her. I sold her listing in Cedar Ridge... of course,
and transferred to Abide Realtors in Bryant Square to just learn from her. She was a beautiful person in every way, and I will never forget her. I have told this story to every new agent I have met over the years and tried my best to emulate the wonderful "Carol Sue Manley".

Carol Sue was the best sister-n-law a girl could ever want. We will miss her so much and love her to heaven and back.

She was a beautiful person and a delight to be around. She and her husband were the perfect night out couple to be with. I will miss her smiling face.
