HarrisonOct. 22, 1932 - June 1, 2018 OKLAHOMA CITY Tommy Harrison, resident of Oklahoma City, passed away on Friday, June 1, 2018. He was 85. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2018, at 2 p.m. at Ford's Candlewood Chapel in Midwest City. Tommy was born on Oct. 22, 1932, in Tishomingo, OK. He was born to Harley Harrison and Roberta (Vaughn) Harrison. Tommy served in the United States Navy for four years until he was Honorably Discharged. He was an avid sports fan, especially loved OU Sooners and OKC Thunder. Tommy worked for Tinker Air Force Base as a mechanic and retired after 33 years. He later worked at the Oklahoma State Fair in the security department for 18 years. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Carol; brother, James Harrison and his wife Janelle; three stepchildren, Emily Enright, Jill Dempowski, and Greg Dempowski; and four grandchildren, Elyce, Tripp, Ada, and Izak. He was preceded in death by his parents.
