My dearly loved friend Bill; now you and Ron can talk about your OCPD exploits as much and as long as you want. I am sure Ron was waiting for you I Heaven! Thank You for staying long enough to help me survive Ron's passing. The hours we spent talking about out times with him helped so much. I do believe God sends his Angels to us in times of our soul's peril. You were and are My Special Angel - Rest In Peace my very Dear One. 2 Timothy 4:7

A person that departs from this earth never truly leaves, they are still alive in our hearts and minds, through us, they live on. God Bless

Bill and my dad served together at OCPD, I met and came to know him years later working at OMRF. He always had great stories from years past at the PD. God bless.

As a brother police officer, Mason, and Shriner, but more importantly a friend, Bill will be missed. At last he is now re united with his wife and they can rejoice together. Rest easy my brother, enjoy your well earned rest and reunion.
