Thomas, Christopher S., 54, passed away Oct. 24, 2017. Born to Stan & Gloria Thomas on May 16, 1963, Chris grew up in Fullerton where he attended Fullerton Union H.S. and CSU, Fullerton before starting a family and relocating to Northern California. Chris is survived by Selena Thomas, beloved wife of 26 years; their daughters, Taylor and Tara; and his siblings, Craig, Carie, and Cindy. Best known for his love of football and golf, Chris dedicated his career to both, working for the California Interscholastic Federation before serving as Executive Director for the Northern California Section of the PGA. Chris' outgoing personality, kindness, humor, and incredible smile lit up a room and he touched many lives. Chris was a true friend to all and will be missed. A memorial service will be held at El Macero Country Club, El Macero CA, on Wednesday Nov. 15, 2017 from 10:00-2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to support his daughters may be made at YouCaring.com

I knew Chris at CSUF and he was a treasured friend to a close friend of mine. I knew him to always have a smile on his face and a positive attitude toward all with whom he interacted. He will be missed by so many. My sincere condolences to his wife, daughters, siblings, and their families. God bless, and RIP Chris!
