I was saddened to hear the news of Buff's passing. I knew Buff through Boy Scouts, high school and we were roommates in the 70s for a time. The cars I recall are his black 1964 (or 65) GTO and his 1973 Ford pickup, which were always immaculate. Additionally, speaking of immaculate, while we were roommates, he always kept our place immaculate. If I got up from watching TV, he would even be there to smooth out the wrinkles of our couch cover!
Buff was a great guy with a unique sense of humour. I have tried locating him online over the past years but unfortunately I could never find any information about him and I wish I could have kept in touch with him.
My sincere condolences to Buff's family & friends. He was a great guy.

I had the pleasure to work with Buff at Wally's Thriftway. He was extremely fun to be around. I remember Buff attending parties at my in laws; really good times. How did he ever fit in that tiny Camaro? I still use the utility trailer Buff built for me and I always think of him whenever I hook it up to the truck. My wife and I lost track of Buff over the years and I will forever be sorry about that.Buff was the definition of "just a good guy". My sincere condolences to his family.

So sad to hear about Buff's death. I remember him when we were both at Lynch Terrace. At recess we would play first, bounce or fly. I can still hear the sound of Buff hitting a rubber coated hard ball. As it met bat that "dink" Then high in the air everyone trying catch it. But the ball usually went over our heads. I was glad that I was able to see him at 45th reunion. May God hold your family close. Rest easy dear friend. Rev Dr. Steve Nesheim.
