Gaye Lynn Sixkiller
Sept. 17, 1940 - Sept. 30, 2020
Gaye Lynn Sixkiller, 80, passed away Sept. 30, 2020. She was born Sept. 17, 1940, in Portland, Ore., to Richard and Sally Foland.
She is survived by her children, Steve and Heather; sister, Barbara Mark; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Gaye was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Bill.
Gaye was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. In fact, many of her friendships spanned over 50 years. She was also a very remarkable, vibrant, high-spirited woman who loved to garden, take walks (particularly with her Aussie, Max), read, but most of all--she loved to watch football. It was a passion she shared with her late husband, Bill.
Gaye will be missed by not only her close friends and family, but she will also be missed by the many people in her community whose lives she touched.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date due to Covid-19.

We want to tell Gaye thank you for being such a generous, kind friend to us and our children! You were like a grandmother to our children and like a mom to us. More than that though you were kind and thoughtful to so many people in our neighborhood. Gaye you are missed and loved by us and so many people. We are so happy to have been a part of you and Bill’s life! Again thank you for filling a part of our life with your sunshine and blessings! We miss you!
