I knew Joe at West Point, played pick-up basketball with him and found him to be a great guy. I send my sincere condolences to his family.

Dear Halloran Family,
I met Joe at Providence Medical Center many years ago. From the first day I met him til his last visit in our clinic, Joe always arrived with a smile on his face no matter how uncomfortable he was. He always treated the staff with respect and always left with a kind word to share. It made our day to see him.
I feel so blessed to have met him; so privileged to help make his day a little better; so honored to have called him and Ellie my friend.
Truly a wonderful human being that will truly be missed by all.
