Dear Mark and Family,
So sorry to read about Julie's passing and illness. I walk by your house every morning when walking our dog. I remember when JC and Eddie were buddies back at Capitol Hill grade school and we would chat together about those rascals.
She was a wonderful mom and lovely friend!
Take care.
Sincerely,
Kathy and Eddie Kreipe

I, too, was so saddened to learn of Julie's passing. She was an intelligent and caring individual who who gave generously of her time and talent. I had the privilege of co-chairing the NW Planned Giving Roundtable Conference with Julie in the early 2000s and got to know her, her childhood in rural Oregon, and her love of Wallowa County. Although we lost Julie way too soon, I'm so glad that she was able to live her retirement dream out in the northeast corner of the state. My thoughts are with Mark and the Eubanks family.

I had the privilege of working with Julie when she was a Trust Officer at U.S. Trust in the 90s. She was a high-energy, driven person who cared a lot about her clients and her family. I had great respect for her. My condolences to her family and friends.
