I will always remember Uncle Dan as a very wise and gracious man and enjoyed visiting with him and my cousins. I loved asking him questions in anticipation of his witty response. He was not just a wonderful mentor and brother to my father John, but they were also great friends. We pray for Christ's blessings of comfort and Grace for Uncle Dan and his family.

My deepest condolences. Hosea 13:14 helps us see that God promises to empty the grave of our loved one's from death. Our tears of pain will be replaced with tears of joy! My Prayer is that God will strengthen you and give your family and friends a measure of comfort and peace until his promise is realized.

I fondly remember Uncle Dan for his wit and great sense of humor. It was always a joy to be around him. I also know how important his religion was to him, so it is a comfort to all of us who love Jesus to know Uncle Dan is in His care now.

To the family and friends of my dear friend, Dan Davies:

When I opened your letter today telling me that Dan had joined his beloved Ruth, I was overwhelmed with sorrow.

My late husband A.T. Rossetter, a life-time attorney and former City Judge of Melbourne for 25 years and I became a client of Dan when we were also, with another builder of homes and subdivisions, was in need of a very savvy and well-informed accountant, which - over the years - we found to be not only an excellent choice but became a wonderful friend.

After my beloved husband passed away in 1990, Dan was a life savior for me - not only in business, but in his warm, compassionate and heart-felt occasions of tax work, but by personally giving me comfort in his warm manner of giving peace and assistance with his devotion to his deep reverence of God. He was truly, a remarkable friend!

I have looked forward each Christmas for the letter which we exchanged that would tell us how our families were and what was going on in our lives. I admired him so much and he shall be sadly missed.
